What do you like most about our services?
I like the fact that we have established a great working relationship with the owner of the local franchise; he knows us by name; and responds to all of our computer needs immediately. It’s wonderful knowing that we have somebody that we can call as soon as we need computer help.

At this time, I see no room for improvement.

I know that when we call Greg, our problems will be fixed usually by the end of day and our work will be able to continue. We definitely have fewer problems and less frustrations knowing that Greg is in charge.

Oh, definitely — and I have and do! I only recommend companies/people to others/family/friends if I KNOW they will be trustworthy … and I do that with CT/Greg here in Pflugerville.

I am thrilled that I finally have someone like Greg after looking so long and hiring so many that did not help me in the long run. He is not only efficient and totally knowledgeable, he goes above and beyond his promises, and provides service that is totally unexpected.

I really appreciate it that my old computer never breaks down or stops or crashes like they always used to, and he does all this so quietly and regularly, so I do not even know he is there until I see the cursor moving when I am not doing it.

We had another computer company handling our technical needs before Computer Troubleshooters and we were down at least two or three times a month. It is so nice to have everything working ALL THE TIME! We know Greg is working behind the scenes so that all our computer problems are “troubleshooted” before they are a problem for us.

What do you like most about our services?
That all matters are resolved before I even know there was a glitch. Also, the truly fast call backs and turnaround times. Before we would have to live with our issues for up to four days before a tech guy would come out and attempt to fix our problem. Now there are considerably fewer problems and NO WAITING!

What would you most like to see us improve?
We would like our Computer Troubleshooter guy, Greg, to come by more often to say hi. We like him and because he fixes most of our issues remotely, we never see him. I have to remind my boss what we are paying for because we don’t have any problems. It’s easy to forget that we don’t have any problems because Greg fixes everything beforehand.

Are there any services you would like to see us add?
We are getting close to needing new equipment. We would like help, when the time comes, to have our Computer Troubleshooter rep broker the equipment deal.
