\nWe had another computer company handling our technical needs before Computer Troubleshooters and we were down at least two or three times a month. It is so nice to have everything working ALL THE TIME! We know Greg is working behind the scenes so that all our computer problems are “troubleshooted” before they are a problem for us.<\/p>\n
\nThat all matters are resolved before I even know there was a glitch. Also, the truly fast call backs and turnaround times. Before we would have to live with our issues for up to four days before a tech guy would come out and attempt to fix our problem. Now there are considerably fewer problems and NO WAITING!<\/p>\n
\nWe would like our Computer Troubleshooter guy, Greg, to come by more often to say hi. We like him and because he fixes most of our issues remotely, we never see him. I have to remind my boss what we are paying for because we don’t have any problems. It’s easy to forget that we don’t have any problems because Greg fixes everything beforehand.<\/p>\n
