Great Follow-up

Hi Emily,

I recently replied to your survey which related to the recent loading of software on our new PC. I commented that I could not find the Microsoft programs.

Within a very short time the same day Sean phoned and walked me through where to find the entire suite of MS programs.

I just wanted you to know how responsive he was (and you) to my survey comments. Sean is very professional and patient with IT dummies like me. He obviously knows his business yet does not speak over the head of someone with much less knowledge.
