The new contract provides Computer Troubleshooters’ franchisees with access to Autotask’s Pro Premium software and its complete business management platform for technology services businesses.  Autotask’s Pro Premium includes CRM; Service Desk; Project Management; Client access portals; Live Reports; and integration with many of the industry’s top vendors.  Computer Troubleshooters has enjoyed a long-standing vendor relationship with Autotask and the announcement of this upgraded new program will benefit both Computer Troubleshooters’ franchise owners and their clients.
