Computer Troubleshooters Management Changes
Computer Troubleshooters Chief Executive Officer Chip Reaves announced his resignation earlier this month. After 13 years at CT, the top tech support franchise worldwide, Reaves will turn his focus to a new project, Bigger Brains.
Reaves’ official last day with Computer Troubleshooters will be March 2; however, he’ll continue to serve as a consultant for several months. He’ll also stay involved with the local franchise, Computer Troubleshooters of Anderson (South Carolina), which he runs with his wife and several partners.

Franchise Business Review Posts Recent Survey Findings Online
DECATUR, GA—Computer Troubleshooters franchisees are generally happy business owners, according to a recent survey conducted by Franchise Business Review, an independent market research firm based in Portsmouth, NH.
The survey asked franchisees questions related to training and support, system communication, franchisor/franchisee relations, financial opportunity, business lifestyle, and overall satisfaction with their business. Seventy-two percent (122) of Computer Troubleshooters‘ franchisees participated in the Franchise Business Review satisfaction survey. CT Australia helps launch PowerBuy
Powerbuy, a service for small business owners in Australia launched this week with Computer Troubleshooters, Dell, Lexmark, and other notable IT companies as their launch partners. Powerbuy negotiates group discounts with vendors on behalf of their small business members, and provides those discounts back to the customer via a cash back service.
CT partners with Anti-Malware firm
Computer Troubleshooters has partnered with SuperAntiSpyware, an industry-leading provider of anti-spyware & anti-virus tools. Effective May 1 all Computer Troubleshooters around the world will have access to SuperAntiSpyware, technician-edition, as part of their CT toolkit.
